Science

The Learning Department offers two activities for pupils to support learning in Science. Ideal for EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils, our All About Me - Our 5 Senses and Materials trails use the Cathedral building to bring Science to life in a practical, hands on way. Most schools also complete one of our art and craft workshops to compliment the trails. These include activities in Stained Glass and Clay Tiles, during which each child makes a piece of art to take back to school with them at the end of their visit.

Key Stage 2 pupils also enjoy our special Science Festivals which take place twice a year (usually Autumn and Spring term). Details can be found on our special events page here.
