Daily Guided Tours

Discover 1700 years of fascinating history on one of our free daily guided tours.

From a stunning collection of medieval wall paintings and an 11th century crossing tower, to spectacular architecture and two beautifully restored medieval shrines - discover centuries worth of historical highlights as you explore the Cathedral with an experienced Guide.  

Daily guided tours are free, pre-booking is recommended. Please note, these tickets are for individuals or small family groups only. If you are a group and wish to book a group tour, see the link below. 

Times:

Weekdays | 11.30am, 1.05pm and 2.30pm

Saturdays | 11.30am, 1.05pm and 2.30pm 

Sundays | 1.05pm and 2.30pm

Tours last approximately 1 hour.

*Occasionally services or special events mean it is not possible to run our regular tours. On these occasions our guides will still be available, however you may wish to contact us prior to your visit.

Donations

Our indoor daily guided tours are free, all donations are gratefully received and go towards the daily upkeep of the Cathedral.
