Before SUSTFEST, join us for an interactive session to explore the challenges of living sustainably and ways of lowering our own footprint as individuals and church communities.

When | Thursday 30 May, 7pm - c.8.30pm

Where | Alban Room and Online

Cost | £10 (£6 students)

Speaker | Dr Hilary Marlow, Canon Environmentalist and Vice-Chair of Girton College, Cambridge

The world is facing enormous environmental pressures that can seem unsurmountable. It’s easy to feel so overwhelmed that we are paralysed by inertia. But does the way we live on a day-to-day basis really matter? And what lifestyle changes really make a difference? This interactive session will explore the challenges of living sustainably and discuss ways of lowering our own footprint - as individuals and church communities. The problems we face are huge but we are each called to something, so come and be challenged about what it means to live justly and sustainably in the world.
