On Sunday we said a heartfelt goodbye to Jessica, our Alban Intern, as she returns home to New Zealand to continue her journey exploring a call to ordination. 

Jessica has been a much loved member of the community over her 20 months here and has been involved with so many things that it's probably easier to ask what she hasn't been involved in! From providing coffee for parents at our Abbey School Services each week to ensuring snacks-a-plenty at Abbey Tots, and from leading services at Verulam House Care Home to helping our young people grow in their faith in services and Youth Groups, and being a major part of the Serving team,  Jessica has certainly become a familiar face to all ages at the cathedral.

We wish Jessica every blessing in her discernment and look forward to following her on her journey. Mā te wā, e hoa (until next time, friend).
