Thank you to the Rt Revd Christine Hardman, former Bishop of Newcastle, for leading us through Holy Week as our preacher.

On Good Friday morning we relived the last few days of Jesus’ life with over 40 young people. We broke bread, had our feet washed, watched in Gethsemane, and finally travelled to Calvary.

The Cathedral's Easter celebrations than began with our Easter Vigil, where the light of Christ broke the darkness and was welcomed into church and into our lives.

Over 40 people were confirmed and we also celebrated baptism for a number of young people.

The season of Easter continues throughout our services and community life over fifty days.

Thank you to everyone who attended this year's services.
