St Albans Cathedral is a place of sanctuary for those who are going through difficult times. If you visit the Cathedral there are often Day Chaplains on duty who will be more than willing to listen to you and pray with you if you would like. At other times it is possible to arrange an appointment to see a member of the Cathedral clergy.

A number of funeral and memorial services take place at the Cathedral every year; usually these are for members of the congregation and those who live in the Parish or have a connection with the Cathedral.

If you have a question about arranging a funeral or memorial service at the Cathedral please talk to Jo Clark, Canons' PA or your local funeral director.
