Steve Clarke, Education Officer at the Cathedral said:

As a department we are delighted to once again receive the Sandford award for heritage learning. Learning has been at the heart of the Abbey since it was established in 793AD and it is a pleasure to be able to carry on this tradition with children and adults from across the diocese and beyond.

From school visits, outreach, virtual workshops and special events, the team is always hard at work putting on the next great activity for communities and schools in St Albans and around the country.
