Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Monday 23 March, the Cathedral is closed to the public until further notice. In these increasingly uncertain times, we recognise that now more than ever people are looking for ways to engage with Cathedral worship. Live streams and recordings of our services can be found on our YouTube channel.

St Albans Cathedral has plenty of activities, free events and interactive experiences throughout this historic attraction to keep all our younger visitors entertained.

Admission to the Cathedral, Welcome Centre and our exhibition area is free of charge.
