An opportunity to explore the Old English corpus together.

We meet once a month to read a variety of Old English texts, both poetry or prose. This group is suitable for those who have completed the Old English 3 course, or equivalent, and texts will be circulated in advance.  There will be help provided with grammar and vocabulary, and language revision as required.

Please email the Adult Learning Officer for a copy of the text. At the moment we're reading Cynewulf and Cyneheard from the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle.
