An opportunity to explore the Old English corpus together.

We meet once a month to read a variety of Old English texts, both poetry or prose. This group is suitable for those who have completed the Old English 3 course, or equivalent, and texts will be circulated in advance.  There will be help provided with grammar and vocabulary as required, and we often discuss related elements of history, language or archaeology as they arise from the texts.

Please email the Study Centre for a copy of the text. You can also find it by pressing the button below.
