When you become a Friend, you join an historic community dedicated to helping St Albans Cathedral thrive today and in the future. Membership of the Friends is open to people of all faiths and none. We warmly invite you to join us and help continue our important work. 

Some of the benefits of becoming a Friend include:

• New Members evening to include drinks and an exclusive tour of the Cathedral
• Invitation to our Annual Lunch where you will learn more about the Cathedral from specialists and academics
• Opportunity to take part in a lively programme of social events, open days, talks and visits
• Advance application for tickets to the beautiful Christmas Festival of Lessons and Carols
• Twice yearly editions of ‘The Alban Link’ – our magazine full of news and articles

Minimum subscriptions are:

Joint Lifetime Membership (two people): £500

Single Lifetime Membership: £400

Joint Membership (two people): £25 per annum

Single Membership: £20 per annum

Your membership subscription, including any Gift Aid, will be passed to the Friends of St Albans Cathedral.

Many members kindly donate more than the minimum annual membership. If you would like to do this, please choose another amount or use the 'Other' category on the online payment page (see link above).
