We are delighted to welcome Gareth Rowlands, a local mathematician and passionate advocate for individuals affected by memory loss, to St Albans Cathedral as part of Dementia Awareness week. 

Gareth will be sharing his valuable Neurobic exercises that help keep your brain alive with unique, simple and stimulating brain exercises which help prevent memory loss and increase memory retention.  These exercises promise to be engaging and enjoyable, offering attendees the chance to tackle brain teasers, participate in Neurobic exercises, and immerse yourself in vibrant Neurobic designs.
