The Festival has been an enduring presence for half a century, bringing competitors and performers from across the world to this historic city.

The High Sheriff's Charity Concert: Messiah

Date: Saturday 15th July

Time: 7.30pm

Handel's much-loved English-language oratorio will be performed by London Handel Festival Orchestra, St Albans Bach Choir, Mosaic Chamber Choir and internationally acclaimed vocal soloists, conducted by historical performance specialist Laurence Cummings.

Three Choirs Concert

Date: Monday 17th July

Time: 7.30pm

The acclaimed choirs of St Paul's Cathedral, Temple Church and St Albans Cathedral join together in spectacular music for choir and organ. Always one of the most eagerly anticipated Festival events!
