The Cathedral is recruiting for a Shop Supervisor to work on Saturdays for 7 hours. The role reports to the Retail Manager who is responsible for managing all aspects of the Cathedral retail shop. The shop is open 7 days a week and is staffed by a combination of employees and volunteers. This front of house role plays a key role in the Welcome visitors receive, the shop being situated in the Cathedral’s Welcome Centre. The Shop Supervisors are responsible for maximising shop sales to generate revenue to support the Cathedral.

The role would suit someone with previous experience of working in the retail sector with supervisory experience, has an interest in the heritage sector and who is looking for a job that is both interesting and challenging.
