Angela Hewitt, piano One the most celebrated pianists of our time returns to the Festival to perform works by Bach and Beethoven: JS Bach Preludes & Fugues 1-12 of The Well-Tempered Clavier, book 1Beethoven Sonata no.32 in C minor, op.111 Angela Hewitt performs throughout Europe, the Americas, Australia, and Asia. In the month before this concert she gives all-Bach programmes in Leipzig and at La Fenice in Venice and then travels to Umbria, where she is Artistic Director of Trasimeno Music Festival.
