This year, our Christmas services will be a little different. Please read the important information below to find out how you can book tickets, details for on the day and more.

Due to reduced capacity within the Cathedral, we are asking those who would like to attend our larger Advent and Christmas services to pre-book tickets. All tickets are free of charge. Please read the information below to find out how you can make the most of your visit this Christmas.

We look forward to welcoming you.

All event information regarding our Christmas programme is subject to the national lockdown finishing on 2 December.

How to book:

Tickets can be booked on our website under each service's event page, where you will also find ticket release dates. Tickets will be capped at 4 within your household bubble. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to create one before you can book tickets.

All children aged one and over will require a ticket.

If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, or require a space for a wheelchair, you will need to book via the Box Office by calling 01727 890290. Please only call from 10am on the general booking release date. This date can be found on the individual service's event page.

Please note we cannot process general requests for tickets by phone.

Booking will close for all events (bar Advent Carol Service) at 10am 24 hours before each event. Booking for Advent Carol Service will close on Sunday 6 December at 12 noon.
