We have changed our refund policy for all events at the 31st St Albans International Organ Festival. If you find that you are no longer able to attend any performance at this year's Festival – for any reason – you will be entitled to a full refund.

All events will be Covid-Secure. St Albans Cathedral has been awarded Visit England’s "We’re Good To Go" accreditation: the official UK mark to signal that the venue has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

We are planning this year’s Festival very carefully and in close collaboration with St Albans Cathedral. Practical arrangements are likely to be subject to adaptation, in reaction to the latest government advice and according to our own risk assessments. We undertake to monitor all relevant developments and to communicate with ticket-holders as required.

All of the main evening concerts will have reserved, allocated seating.

We are exploring the possibility of opening a refreshment area exclusively for ticket-holders outside the Cathedral, before each concert and during the interval.

Above all else, we are determined that our Festival will be a very special occasion, to be celebrated by audience and performers alike – despite of (and because of) these ongoing exceptional circumstances. We cannot wait to see you there!
