What's on St Albans Roman Festival Young People's Puppet Theatre Come and watch your favourite Cathedral characters come to life like never before in two performances by the Young People's Puppet Theatre. The marionette puppets featured have been created by Cathedral volunteers, with the performances themselves executed by Year 6 students from Alban City School. Times 7.30pm - 8.30pm: The Crossing Place is a re-imagination of the Alban story and how a mysterious stranger helped Alban become Britain’s first Christian martyr. 8.30pm - 9.30pm: A Grim Day Out is the story of Lord Grimthorpe, the Cathedral's eccentric Victorian architect, and how two children show him what really matters in life.
