For those who would like a taster of Biblical Hebrew, this day will give a chance to practise transliterating the Hebrew alphabet, to learn some basic grammar and key vocabulary, and to read some simple sentences. It will also give guidance on how students might, from these basics, engage further with the Old Testament in its original language.

Students are advised to take a look at the Hebrew alphabet in advance.
