Happiness can be a passing feeling - but as the Happiness Plus Course explores, real, long-lasting happiness goes much deeper.

True happiness comes through finding what’s really important in life – self-awareness, confidence, creativity, responsive, empathetic relationships and the search for meaning. The course starts by asking ‘What makes you happy?’ It then examines five different kinds of happiness: pleasure, success, relationships, mindfulness and meaning.

Run over five weekly sessions, the course will help you to explore life experiences, and examine what science and ancient wisdom reveal about happiness. You’ll learn practical tools, including mindfulness meditation, which support wellbeing and promote happiness.
