To mark the recent restoration of the Cathedral’s organ, and to thank those who kindly provided support, the Cathedral invites you to come along and listen to music you never thought you would hear on an organ!
Resident organist Tom Winpenny, James McVinnie (Westminster Abbey Assistant Organist) and Peter Holder (St Albans Organ Scholar) will play popular classics including the Pirates of the Caribbean Medley, The Sorcerer's Apprentice and Star Wars. Commentary will be provided by Andrew Lucas, Master of the Music, while a big screen will enable the audience to see the musicians in action.
